  I’ve been a patient of this office for almost 20 years and couldn’t be happier. I often hear people complain about the lack of care they receive from the PC doctors and my experience has always been such a departure from that. I see Melody Pairo (C-RNP), she has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and make sure that I feel comfortable with whatever course of action is needed, which I’m finding is unfortunately not the case for many people. She is so personable and compassionate. I have referred a few friends & neighbors to this office over the years and they have all shared what a positive experience it has been for them as well. The girls at the front are always pleasant and helpful. I feel so fortunate to have found this office, and more specifically my doctor, all those years ago. I couldn’t ask for me in a primary care physician.

  I personally see Jordan Allen (NP) when I visit the office. I was originally a patient of John Whittaker in Pocomoke but decided to move to another doctor when I felt an obvious health issue had been overlooked. It turned out that I was right.
  
  The front desk clerk is always polite even when she is swamped with patients and office duties. The wait can be a bit long if you don't have an early morning or late afternoon appointment but well worth it since when the doctor finally steps in, (at least Jordan is with me) they truly have their focus on you. Jordan is thorough, listens to my concerns, and referred me to specific specialists when I was adamant that something wasn't quite right even though what she saw seemed to be in normal ranges.
  
  Turns out, I suffer from Fibromyalgia and a type of anemia that means my red blood cells are too small so they don't carry everything they should throughout my system. Something minuscule that has been showing up in my blood work for years has explained so much of my chronic fatigue and all over pain.
  
  Also, I added note about this office. They do have a lab technician on site for take bloodwork. So even though LabCorp is right down the block from the office, you don't have to make an extra trip unless you need to fast. And additional note to, it does seem like this office has emergency slots open. My previous doctor wouldn't be able to see me for 3-4 days if I called in needing to be seen because I'm sick. I've called this office twice and they were able to see me same day if need be. That seems to be rare in this area.
  
  Overall, I give the office 4 out of 5 stars just because the wait can be a bit killer. I've had wait times where I was in and out in an hour (8:30am appointment time) and then I've had wait times where I was there for nearly 3 hours from start to finish (appointment time 11am).
