Cathy Love brings a lot to the table with her experience and compassion as well as her dedication to raising money for local chapters including The Alzheimer’s Association! Such a great person who brings so much to the senior community.
Coastal Home Care took care of a family friend and did an amazing job. From the nurses to the CNA Leah, they were/are completely compassionate as well as professional and truly caring. In a very stressful time, it is such a relief to know your loved one is being treated with the best of care. Very highly recommended!!
Coastal has been a tremendous company to work with over the past two years. They have helped in the care of my grandparents by providing services in the home. From the actual caregivers, to the nursing staff, and the office staff they have been caring and compassionate. Anything needed was addressed in a timely and accurate manner. I would highly recommend this company for home care. They are simply the best!
I have been fortunate to have worked in the field of social services and health care for over 41 years. It becomes encouraging when one comes across an organization in this field that prioritizes quality of services. This has been the case, and my experience, with Coastal Home Care. My brother, living in Berlin Md, had taken quite ill and needed 24 hour private duty. I first made contact with four local agencies from brochures received from my brother’s rehab facility. While I initially selected another agency, a follow up call from the Coastal Care rep prompted me to realize that the other agency selected was being non responsive with their visit to my brother. I took Coastal Care up on their offer to visit my brother the next day and they met their commitment, established a rapport with my brother, asssesed his needs genuinely and flexibly, so our relationship began. The home health aides that were assigned all proved to be gems. They exhibited genuine caring, professional skill, and over time, each developed personal connections with him. He got to know each by name and felt comfortable enough to feel they were part of his extended family. It wasn’t easy when my brother’s health conditions became more complicated, but this is where their nursing manager came in, went above and beyond both the expectations and reimbursement structure, to make sure my brother was properly cared for. They stuck with my brother and his challenges until his final moments. To that, myself and our family are very greatful for the consistent care, and communication, that Coastal Care provided during the last couple months of our loved one’s life. Thank you, Coastal Care, on a job well done!!
