We are new to Hertrich Cadillac. We just moved to Lewes, DE from SC and had to find a Cadillac dealership to service our leased XT5. We had no problem scheduling our appointment. Even though this dealership is an hour away from where we live we will certainly continue to use them as "our dealership" for this vehicle.They identified a problem with one of the tires and were able to provide and install another tire so we could return to Lewes. Very accommodating.
