  I found staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. They helped me with figuring out what I wanted. Mark and Ann Marie were extremely helpful and treated me with courtesy as well as Albert. I feel part of the LaZyBoy family and will definitely make it my store to shop. Thank you all for a great experience!!! (And great prices for such quality furniture.)

  Very happy with the sale. The young lady who waited on my wife and I was very pleasent and informative. She took her time to show us all our options.

  I found no connection at the first 2 furniture stores we shopped at. I am 62 years old. I know what I want in a product. The salesperson tried to change my mind. My husband and I don’t like to waste our time shopping. When I say no I mean NO.
  I was so happy and relaxed while we shopped at lazy boy. The salesperson was personable and professional. I showed her a picture of our old piece of furniture and I told her I wanted a new one just like this. She said, We can do that. We will build it for you.
  A home designer met us at our house exactly at 2pm on our appointed time. She carried a multitude of different fabrics for us to choose from. I chose and now we wait for 4-6 weeks and we will have exactly what we wanted.

  Have seen the La-Z-Boy Showroom on numerous occasions driving by, thinking I never had a good reason to stop and examine the furniture being offered inside.
  
  My recliner at home had seen better days, many years ago, too many as it seems. The leather chair is now requiring first-aid. A clear, duct tape patch to cover a split in the leather on an arm of the chair to prevent further problems. Time for leather recliner retirement. I'm going back to the Showroom after all this time of passing by.
  
  Retirement of the trusted old leather recliner, after years of service, is motivation enough and I received a flyer from the LA-Z-BOY Showroom, mentioned above, of a March Madness Sale Event, so why not just start there in my search for a new replacement for a recliner.
  
  On my first visit I wandered about and to my surprise prices were tagged on each individual item of furniture. To my dismay, being retired, the prices were a few dollars more than I was hoping to pay, Within a five (5) minute period a nicely dressed young lady seemed to be walking my way. She introduced herself and showing me numerous recliners, we were able to find a chair that met my budget and comfort. Mary believed that every customer has a particular chair that meets their seating needs and desires, she found my chair for the right price.
  
  I will recommend LA-Z-BOY to my family and friends when it comes to quality furniture for a reasonable price. Danny E Sieg

  Knowledgeable and clarified the differences in the chair I ended up buying. It wasn’t on the show room floor, so she helped me order the exact
  Rowan chair I wanted. I know I will love it in my home! Thank You Miss Holly for your patience and for answering all my questions. She even carried a table for me that I purchased.
