I’ve been seeing Dr. Smith for over a year now. She is so knowledgeable, nice, gentle, thorough in explaining what she is doing and explains her concerns if any. I just started my Invisalign today and am so happy! Her assistant is a sweetheart as well! I always feel comfortable at SmileVana which is a must for me. So happy I found such an amazing dentist and staff!!

I thought I had broken part of a lower denture in trying to take a big bite of a very thick sandwich at about 4:30 PM on Saturday afternoon. My daughter, whom I was visiting, suggested that I call her dentist, Dr. Smith, to try scheduling an appointment for Monday morning.
But on Sunday morning, I realized that I had actually broken two weakened real lower front teeth that were being supported by the denture. To my very pleasant surprise, upon hearing that news, Dr. Smith offered to see me that very morning. She examined me, took necessary x-rays, diagnosed all my issues, completed initial treatment, arranged for necessary work by a dental lab on short notice, and scheduled a follow-up appointment with her for the next afternoon. She even offered to expedite my treatment by delivering the denture to the dental lab on my behalf.
Dr. Smith called early Monday morning to say that the lab had finished its work earlier than expected and that I could come to her office earlier on Monday for fitting adjustments. She completed those thoroughly and expertly, which allowed me a denture modification completely indistinguishable from my former real teeth.
Dr. Smith provided me personal, caring, expert dentistry without advance notice and with consideration beyond my every expectation. She is personable, polite, caring, and committed to providing outstanding dental advice and service. Quite frankly, she is the most caring and competent dentist I have ever had or have ever even heard of. I am pleased and impressed beyond description. She is a spectacular dentist in every way.

I simply cannot say enough about Dr. Kandace Smith and Smilevana!! My father has come for a visit from Colorado and he experienced a dental emergency on Saturday night. I called Smilevana and left a message. Dr. Smith called back within a few minutes. The two of them spoke and planned for a Monday morning appointment. When his condition changed overnight, I left a message on Sunday morning and again she called me back a few minutes later. She arranged to see him an hour later (on a Sunday!) She tended to his emergency needs and took dental impressions on Sunday, his tooth repair was ready and in place by noon on Monday. In addition to this "above-and-beyond" level of service, the office is state-of-the-art, beautiful and beautifully appointed. Although I have never needed to wait for my visits (another plus!) there are tablets, a computer, and every type of (current) magazine that you can think of. Dr. Smith takes the time to explain any dental procedures, and even has a large-screen TV in each treatment room so that she can enlarge your x-rays and discuss them with you (no need to crane your neck to see). She has truly thought of every conceivable patient comfort when outfitting her office, and her smiling, friendly face and disposition cannot be surpassed. I would assign SIX stars if possible!!

I had such a positive experience at Smilevana. I have been to many dentists in the past and I can honestly say that Dr. Smith has one of the best “bedside manners” I’ve experienced. She was very gentle and thorough and explained everything before it was done so I knew exactly what to expect. My emergency dental appointment was quick and I was able to get my terrible aching tooth extracted in the same visit. I am very pleased with the services I received from this office and would highly recommend to anyone who is nervous about being seen.

I have been to SmileVana twice and both times have been a great experiences. SmileVana is state of the art facility, staff is friendly and punctual. Dr. Smith is very gentle and efficient. I am beyond happy that I finally found a dentist that I love!
