    We highly recommend The Chimney King. We needed gas fireplace service in our home. Jonathan was helpful from our initial telephone call reviewing the problem, offering some possible solutions and price estimates, to scheduling and then the on time service call arrival.
    While repairing the gas problem, he took the time to do some interior appliance cleanup and cold draft
    sealing around the exterior wall at no extra charge.
    Upon completion he took more time offering some operation tips.
    The Chimney King will be our first call for future routine service or repairs.

    Cozy chic designs ordered 2 units from chimney king. Jon was extremely accommodating with every one of my requests. He and his team came out in bad weather to install the units and worked with me to ensure my total satisfaction. The units look great and I would highly recommend the chimney king!

    Had The Chimney King install a wood stove this last month. Very impressed by their professionalism and expertise in comparison with other installers I spoke with. They came to the house in person to give a free estimate, and in the course of doing so, gave me better ideas of what I wanted to do and improved upon my vision. John (the owner) was knowledgeable, thorough, and spent extra time after the installation answering some of my questions about my chimney, which was entirely unrelated to our wood stove installation. The guy in the office, Mike, helped work around a problem with their supplier to prevent a lengthy delay on our shipment. Price was reasonable. Very happy with the stove, which works perfectly. Would recommend highly.

    Even though I had to wait a bit for my appointment it was worth the wait! These guys are professional and knowledgeable and fair!

    They worked on my gas fireplace for about an hour and checked everything. I had been using the fireplace for 3 years and had no idea what I was doing wrong . Jonathan showed me how each part works and how to correctly use the remote. They even cleaned!

    John and staff were amazing throughout the process of inspecting our chimney, determining a good wood burning insert, and the whole install process. John made sure that I understood every step in the process, he cleaned up after himself (I'm pretty sure he even cleaned a few messes my kids had made), and made sure I was comfortable starting a tending the fire. I highly recommend The Chimney King and staff!
