Dr Bukowski and his staff have all treated me extremely well over all the years. I've been a patient of his since he was located in Taunton and wouldn't trust my eyes and vision with anyone else! The girls that have been working with him all these years are very kind and patient. They always have found a way to get me in with the doctor over all these years even when I lived in Texas for 5 years even offering evening appointments which is rare for any doctor these days. Each of the girls are all very knowledgeable with everything from insurance benefits, assisting with exams, helping you pick the frames and lenses that are best for each individual's needs, ordering contacts, glasses, and even helped me order some extra needed activation cloths for my OptiFog lenses. Dr Bukowski has always taken his time to get to know me over the years. Which has helped him whenever it comes to deciding on the best treatment options that would work for me. He's always taken his time when it comes to deciding on which contacts would be the best options for me with my bad habits. Those habits that I'm finally ditching after slowly learning the hard way.
Dr Bukowski is very thorough and answers all my questions I have concerning my vision. The receptionist is very accommodating to my changes I might have to make if a conflict comes up. Very helpful with picking out frames. They would get a 5 but the wait time is longer than I would like , I schedule my day accordingly when you have an appointment. Would rather have a thorough exam, but maybe they could schedule longer times for each person.
