Clarion Hotel and Conference Center Taunton Foxboro

Great customer service. We had 2 rooms , they made sure to have them be adjoining. We checked in at 3 & out by 11.
Stayed 1 night.
The pool closed a few min early at night and wasn't available to guests before we checked out....kind of a bummer but that's on me for not checking before booking. The rooms were clean but , the carpet was a bit worn & gave the "you better keep shoes or slippers on "
The cleaning lady was very friendly in the morning.

This has been a great experience for me staying at this Hotels for 5 days. Very clean, breakfast is amazing for $15 you get a whole buffet. Rooms are cleaned almost everyday, customer service is very professional and all of that for a reasonable low price. Definitely recommend for those trying to stay at a great place for a low price. Freeway is less than 2 min away, coming from California this place is very central especially if you wish to go to all New England states.

I checked in Monday so seems to be quite, very few guests in here. The rooms are spacious and clean so is the bathroom. Very large parking space in front and rear. If I'm here again for business trip, will definitely check in here. Over all a pleasant stay.

NOW THE SURPRISE PART.......
Normally when you check in hot breakfast is included, still I made sure with the front desk lady Gorgenia who check me in and she did say it's included. When I went in for the breakfast next morning I was asked to make a payment.
When I asked they said that they used my AAA membership or REWARDS PROGRAM for room discount so breakfast is not included. Paying for breakfast is not a big deal, what annoyed me is why do they not come up clear or mislead. Overall they gave me discount of $15 on room and then they charged me $15 for breakfast. So what's the point of having rewards programs?

I ONLY used the pool for physical therapy. Professional Physical Therapy © is located Inside the hotel by the gym/ pool area. The pool & it's area was nice & clean. The water temperature was perfect ! In the past there have been Serious Problems with the pool being Very Cold . I'm giving 4 stars because of Only using the pool . But the pool temp deserves a solid 5 stars !!! I have a long history & major grievances from the past in terms of months and even as much as 10+ yrs ago of frozen pool water here ! I had even froze in a wet suit I purchased & wore in the pool 10 years ago ! Then a gym member called the Board of Health or something. It was Not Clarion Hotel back then, Though the Hot Tub was functioning at that time & is not now :/.

Great staff, Clean rooms, fare prices and close to everything I needed. I would highly recommend checking them out if in need of hotel in the area. Best bang for buck in the area for sure!! Excellent Restaurant inside Full breakfast buffet in the am ($15)Nice clean indoor pool and Gym. No Smoking Property!!! Go check them out! Conveniently located right off 495.
