  What patient ladies! My six year old daughter was definitely a little nervous getting her ears pierced for the first time. They helped her by singing, being comforting, and overall being the nicest people ever. Highly suggest!!!

  We went for my 4 year old's birthday. She really wanted her ears pierced and finally worked up the nerve to do it. Of course, we didn't have a lot of time and their system was down. It took about 45 mins from the time we got there and picked out earrings until the time they actually did it. I'm honestly not sure what took so long, since they were going to manually do the paperwork, which was done after about 5 mins. Despite taking forever and us feeling bad for making our friends, who came for moral support, stand around and wait with us for so long, the actual piercing came out great! My daughter's ears haven't had any issues, her piercings match up, and they're straight. As long as your child isn't going to freak out and change their mind in the time it takes, I'd recommend this place. Worth the wait to have her piercings done right.

  Things!!????The little shop has great deals and the ladies working there are very sweet i got 3 rings that i love and a tennis bracelet i love love sparkly

  Was there last night to check the healing process of my ears, The ladies that were there introduced themselves and were very friendly. Lindsay and Elizabeth treated with my kindness and courteousness. Went to the one in the Dartmouth Mall and the experience was horrible. Driving 20 minutes to this Pagoda is worth it because it’s like night and day at these location. Got my ears pierced at this location also and Lindsay did an amazing job, she explained everything about the healing process and cleaning the area. She was very educated about the products and showed me to the way to the piercings that will be right for me. I didn’t know my ears was different sizes until Lindsay told me and she pierced them beautiful. It didn’t hurt and she was very sanitary while doing it. Last night, Elizabeth greeted me right away and was polite and also educated on the products. I will definitely come to this location all the time instead of the one closer to my home. This experience was one of the best I had in any retail store. Will recommend to any of my friends and family. 10 out of 10. Thank you
