I've had work done here with Jim and his crew for at least 5-10 years and never had any trouble, so I can't confirm or deny the negative reviews here, but I will continue to use them fo any work I need to have done. As far as a 5 year old using the bathroom, there is a coffe shop across the street called Andyman that has a public restroom, so again I'm not sure about that story, but Keep that in mind if you are driving by and have to pee. Go to the coffee shop/bakery...
