Their customer service is excellent and quick to reply and ordering through the website is quick and easy. I very highly recommend them to anyone shopping for compost. -

My company works across the US and I have never encountered someone more willing to put my needs before their own at the drop of a hat. Mass mulch bent over backwards on a weekly basis to get me materials within extremely small windows of time. If it were not for this incredible effort on Bob and his teams part, I have no doubt our project completion date would have been pushed back by weeks. (July 13, 2018, 7:04 pm)Great price! Perfect delivery! Great price! BUT, most of all real fine guys! Pro's in every respect!!! Will never go anywhere else. Have been buying aggregate and mulch for approx 10 yrs. now, but have yet 2 experience the quality of mulch that I received this week from Mass Mulch. Without question, the finest aged hemlock I ever purchased! No filler, nor no disease, as I've gotten before (on occasion). Lays down great and looks even better. Like a dark mahogany carpet!!! Nothing like their aged hemlock on the market!!! 11st yr doing business, and will not change suppliers. They're "winners"!

(May 28, 2018, 10:13 am)Great company. I've used them for 10 cu. yards of pea gravel, 10+ cu. yards of screened loam, and 10+ cu. yards of dark pine mulch. Delivery has always been excellent and the prices are great. The only reason they lost a star was some of the screened loam had bits of glass bottles and some small bits of plastic.

(April 17, 2018, 5:33 pm)I ordered the mulch through their site, shortly after my order I got a confirmation of price, order date, drop off location and so forth. It came on time, dropped off exactly on the spot and the driver was super friendly and asked me if I had any questions about the mulch or its application. Cool!
As for the mulch, very good quality; nice chunks, good color and a nice aroma. Cheaper than big box stores like Lowes and much nicer product. I strongly recommend using these guys when you need mulch.
