Mansfield Police Department

I just recently moved to the area and have only gone into the Georgetown location a few times when I was having issues and each time I have interacted and been helped by Rebecca. She is FANTASTIC and always incredibly helpful. She takes the time to listen and that goes a long way for many people. All of the other staff here are super friendly as well! Thank you Georgetown Salem Five!!

This is not my bank but across the street from my office and I needed a Notary. Very pleasant on the phone to confirm that someone was there until 4. Hopped across the street at lunch and the notary was there and it took all of 10 minutes. Very pleasant people. No charge even though it was not my bank. Nice people.

Awesome department with great respect and care to the people! As their slogan says "Service above self", they do what they preach.
With Mansfield being a small community, their response time is fast! Hat off to everyone over there!

Never had a problem! In reference to James Pena's review it makes me think
they upheld the law and did not let it go because it was another cop. Makes me feel safer in my town!

Even thought my sister wasn't officially missing and I was calling from out of the state, they immediately dispatched officers to her residence, tracked her phone, and checked if her vehicle was parked in the area. Thumbs up to you officers for caring and promptly responding. Awesome job!! Oh, yeah, she was fine. Thank you.

I was involved in a minor accident on 6/10 where I was rear ended. Your Officer McKay assisted me. He was so helpful. I was very impressed with his professional mannerisms, yet he was was very thoughtful. You have a great asset there in him. I was very impressed. He made the exchanging of info from the other driver so easy, prior to Officer McKay arriving the other driver was giving me a hard time and didn't want to exchange info. Please give Officer McKay my thanks for making an unfortunate incident much easier. Thank you Ann Bissonnette
