    My name is Adilson and We Love it here. We have two boys and the apartment with large living room and big bedrooms is great for the kids. Good school system in North Andover for children and bus comes right onto the community for pick up. Grounds are great for walks and buildings are not on top of each other. Office has always been very helpful with requests. My kids love it here!

    I lived here for nearly 2 years. I had an apartment on the top floor (only 3 floors) and I loved it. Had a great view of the trees and courtyard out my sliding glass door. High ceilings, wood floors. They could do better keeping up with the entrance interior but all in all a great value. The manager, Maria was always very helpful and great to deal with whenever I had any problems.

    Royal Crest is a great place to live at, especially as a college student. I was helped through the entire process of applying and getting into an apartment by an incredibly helpful and friendly Leasing Center staff. Royal has a pool, gym, parking, and easy accessible maintenance. I am so happy that I have chosen Royal Crest for this school year due to its ease, convenience, and affordable comfortable living.
