Parrelli Optical

I’m new in town and nowhere near my old eye doctor, which meant I felt hopeless when my glasses broke. I walked in to Parrelli Optical on a whim to see what they could do. After five minutes Kevin handed me my glasses repaired like new! Thank you so so much. This place is a literal life and eye saver.

Very nice friendly people. I am a truck driver and broke my glasses, the lens popped out and I bent the frame. I was stranded until I could have them repaired. They were very nice and helpful and fixed my glasses at no charge saying it was just a simple fix. I had a nice chat with them and the lovely young woman behind the counter even went out of her way to make sure I wasn’t stranded when she saw me outside still waiting for my Lyft driver to arrive to take me back to where my truck was parked. These are the kind of people I think we should support local businesses for. I am not from the area but if I am ever nearby and need new glasses or repairs this is where I will go

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Metsch at Parelli for four years. He has always been conscientious, knowledgeable and kind during our visits.

The services and staff are excellent particularly Martha whom we know best. She has assisted us in glasses frame selections and is always positive and upbeat. She is a pleasure to work with.

I got my RX glasses here. I had old frames and needed new lenses. Emailed my Rx, mailed the glasses and got the new ones back in a week. Super easy and fast. Pricing really good. Everyone there super nice. No issues, just fast and got exactly what I needed.

Excellent service, products and staff. I love this location and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always helpful and super-responsive. We have purchased all of our eyeglasses and contacts here over the years and they are always perfect. It so convenient to have an eye-exam there and then pick out your glasses. Martha, Matthew, Kevin, Melissa and Dr. Metsch are always professional, attentive, and fun to interact with.
