  I had tried to change my broken eyeglass frame with an exact replacement received under warranty after the original had broke. I was concerned about going to The Eye Place, as I had messed them up and was not a previous customer of Shellee. She looked at all the pieces I had laid out in front of her, simply took them to her work space and within 15 minutes, I walked out with my repaired eyeglasses.

  Love The Eye Place! I’ve brought my glasses in for repair and also had lenses replaced in my old frames ( that i love so much). Shellee got the work done quickly! Great place to go for glasses!

  Excellent service! I can always count on The Eye Place!! I lost my glasses on a cruise. I called Shellee and my glasses were done and waiting for me when I got back! Her expertise is beyond comprehension - I'm so happy!

  I just want to say thank you to Shellee! Her customer service always goes above and beyond! It is a pleasure just walking in her door!
  She fixed my glasses tonight and then took the time to find a way so I can order new lenses for my prescription sunglasses! My favorite ones :-)
  Now a days, I truly believe that customer service is still important and Shelley does it best!
