  Nicole is amazing. She intuits exactly where you need work done and gets into the heart of it. With other massage therapists, I often get off the table stiff and sore. With her, I glide off the table. Get the 90 minutes. Totally worth it.

  I have recently tried CBD oil tincture as well as CBD gummies for the first time. As a yoga teacher and wellness coach who is always looking for natural alternatives to traditional pharmaceuticals, I am thrilled with the results. I tend to have mild to moderate anxiety bouts that are frequently manageable with movement, yoga, breathing, or meditation. Recently, however, I’ve had instances of anxiety that are acute and poorly timed as I enter social settings and do not have the time to commit to a long movement or meditation session. The tincture, taken under the tongue, at the onset of an episode of anxiety, works within 10minutes to settle my mind and bring me back to earth. It’s a god send and has no adverse side effects. In fact, I sleep better, and feel refreshed on days when I take a dose of the tincture.
  
  As a busy professional in the wellness and movement industry, I often fatigue my own body while at the height of my busy seasons. I recently pulled a muscle in my upper back, and immediately went to my chiropractor and massage therapist for relief. Following treatment, the muscles were still in spasm and took a few days to truly settle. I eat quite clean and rarely take medications (even over the counter) for pain. The pain in my back requires some form of relieve, but Advil was disagreeing with my system, so I took a gummy. Within 30 minutes I was literally feeling the pain dissipate. I was able to fall asleep and stay asleep deeply and comfortably! I’m so grateful to have these products in my arsenal of self care, and have recommended them to friends and clients for their needs!

  Awesome time. Very welcoming place. Easy to find. I got the chance to experience her yoga class and her massage therapy. She was super helpful and made me not feel like a rookie. I recommend her to anyone!

  I could tell from Nicole's shoulder adjustments during yoga class that Nicole would be incredible at massages, so I decided to give her a try. It was one of the best massages I have had. I like alot of pressure, and Nicole did exactly that. It's hard to find someone who can apply the right pressure and get the exact areas that you need done. I can't wait to go back again!
