  This cozy Inn was really nice accommodations. Our room was very nice, comfy bed, clean, good Keurig coffee, many stations on the TV, good wifi. Refrigerator, iron with board, robes are all provided. The bathroom was nice with updated features but it was on the small side - shower only with a massaging shower head which I don't think worked, well, I couldn't get it to work. Walking distance to town/shopping.
  I chose this spot based on the food pictures. There are many places to stay when you look on the internet. This place serves a gourmet breakfast with excellent hardy coffee. The service and preparation was top notch. The meal was excellent including fresh fruit, scone, smoothie and a delicious French toast with walnuts and fresh strawberries. Very comfy all around. We would not hesitate to stay again. A very nice experience.

  Our suite was great and extremely comfortable and homey. I was not a breakfast person, but Deb has certainly given me a new prospective and appreciation. This meal is served with wonderful attention to detail and a smile. Both mornings were excellent and started the day off on a high . Jim knows so much about the area and what might be of interest and how to find the easiest ways to get around. Thanks to you three for making "another birthday" memorable.! All that and a nor'easter too!

  My first visit to the inn was three years ago and so wonderful that I had to stop back for another stay. I had the same room which I loved! Comfy bed, delicious breakfast, wonderful conversation with other guests and perfect setting that is walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the sea. There are two sitting rooms in which to read and or relax or chat with other guests. The atmosphere is lovely and the innkeepers and their staff are so helpful, friendly and lovely. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Rockport!

  I stayed here in July, literally booked the day of as a last minute birthday surprise evening for myself and my boyfriend. I cannot rant or rave enough about this place. The owners make you feel like family, assisted me with the surprise and finding street parking, the room was immaculate, quaint, well decorated, breakfast the following morning was delicious and orchestrated perfectly, they accommodated me being vegan and my boyfriend needing to get to a 930am work meeting, offered local suggestions for dinner, where to get a cake, where to buy wine etc. and even had wine glasses and a corkscrew waiting in the room for me when I got back. 10/10 would go back in a heartbeat. Room rate was affordable and this property is incredible! Thank you for an amazing stay.

  This place is a jewel. Fabulous gourmet breakfast. Lovely rooms, fabulously comfortable beds, plush bedding, attention
  To every detail, extremely clean, friendly, helpful owners and staff. I loved that the locale is so walkable to the private beach, and the main street filled with great restaurants, shops, galleries, and views of the rugged, majestic Atlantic. I would go back there in a heartbeat.
