  I called Maffei yesterday morning when my garbage disposal backed up. From start to finish, the process could not have gone more smoothly. Sarah was very pleasant and scheduled me for that afternoon. Service tech Mike arrived promptly, assessed the situation and explained my options in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. He took care to not track in dirt and left my kitchen and bathroom (also fixed my leaky faucets) clean as a whistle. Most importantly, he took time to educate me and provide some tips. He also offered fair pricing.
  
  Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend Maffei, and Mike in particular, to anyone looking for efficient, honest plumbing service. Count me as a satisfied customer!

  Maffei was awesome from start to finish. Everyone whom I spoke to and/or came to the home was polite and professional and consistently referred to me by name. They laid out the options for the job I wanted done without pressure to choose one or the other. When it came time to perform the work they actually showed up early (a good thing!) And when they discovered the job would be quicker and easier than expected they let me know and adjusted the bill accordingly. I'm not sure how much more objectively "awesome" you could be.

  They are decent and patient-full. And knowledgeable what they are doing and you can trust them cause they will tell you truly what it need to be done to fix before just start doing whatever. Def recommend them

  Our water heater broke in the morning and we called Dipietro which we have used before. They couldn’t come out until the end of the day and said likely couldn’t fix it that day anyways. By 2pm they hadn’t called so we decided to check alternate places. We saw Maffei had the best reviews online so called them and within 15 minutes of the call they had someone heading to our house. Mike Leblanc is knowledgeable, fast, courteous and was thorough on explaining to us our options. Mike was able to install a new 50 gallon tank on the same day and he directed us to an electrician Ron who also did a great job the next morning. This likely would have occurred same day if we had called Maffei to start with which we will do going forward. The price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Maffei heating. Ask for Mike Leblanc.

  Mike was superb! A consummate professional who went over and above to make sure we understood what he was doing and that we were satisfied that the services he provided were exactly as we expected. He was always courteous and a pleasure to have in the house. His behavior makes hin a great representative/spokesperson for Maffei!!! You all were smart to hire him! Thanks again!
