They’ve been fantastic! I was initially put off by having to leave a voicemail to register my 3 kids, but I received a call back within 24 hours to complete the process. After living in many different areas over the past 6 years, with many different pediatricians, I can’t say enough good things about this practice. We’ve seen 3 doctors at PHCA of Salem since signing up, and every single one has been great. They were able to order the necessary tests and referrals to get my youngest daughter diagnosed with a milk allergy, and you can easily get sick visits same-day. Every single staff member has been kind and helpful. I’m in a number of groups for Swampscott/Marblehead/Salem parents, and it was due to their referrals that I contacted PHCA. I highly recommend!
I've been bringing my children to Pediatric Healthcare Associates since moving to the area about 12 years ago. The doctors, our primary care and those we've needed to see for unplanned sick visits, are caring, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I have found the entire staff to always be courteous as well.
