T E Andresen

One month ago we moved from Marblehead MA to Naperville IL and are still talking to everyone how absolutely fabulous T.E. Andresen is. From the very outset, when their rep Terri spent several hours with us explaining how the move would work, through the packing, the move and unpacking itself, to the delivery of our car (that was handled by them also) everything went according to schedule, everything went according to plan. The only surprise we got is that the movers showed up a few days earlier than we expected.
We asked T.E. Andresen to pack our belongings as well as move the furniture, and the crew that came to our house was remarkable: they wasted no time, asked no foolish questions, were helpful and VERY considerate of our belongings. Nothing was broken, nothing was missing.
The crew who delivered the furniture was professional also: putting each piece of furniture (which was packed with quilts) where we asked them to. We also had two pieces that were sent in their own Andresen custom made wooden packing crates. They were also delivered and unpacked with care. The crew who did the unpacking if our household goods also put away dishes, clothing, books, etc., exactly where we asked them to go.
T.E. Andresen took all the stress out of our moving and we cannot recommend them highly enough. And Terri stood by us every minute: she was at our house when the movers began their work, and was always available to talk with us to answer every question we had.
