    This was my first time at American Family Care. Upon arriving I was greeted in a warm and welcoming manner by three very nice ladies, Crystal, Christine, and Ida. I asked for their names because of their professionalism . I felt that they and AFC (Saugus) needed to be recognized. My wait time as a walk-in was maybe 15 minutes, which I thought was a bonus. Dr. Derekevorkiam was the physician I saw. He was very sincere and thorough with his exam . My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy, and READY upon my arrival. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, especially feeling the way I did. Five stars and high recommended. Thank you AFC.

    I really don’t like urgent cares because how staff sometimes treat their patients. But I do want to say that this is one of the most friendliest staff. Every one was very polite and welcoming. They where very simpathetic. I also like Doctor Heidi , very attentive and caring. I would recommend this urgent care to a friend.

    Staff pleasant and efficient. I thought I would be there much longer than I was. Nurse Practitioner very thorough and patient.

    Probably one of the best experiences i have ever had. I was so afraid i was wasting their time with what was probably just a cold, but everyone was so nice and just took care of me...no judgement. I will definitely go back if necessary.

    Best experience I have ever had at an Urgent care. Short wait time and a thorough exam. I definitely recommend to everyone.
