  Dr Patel and her team are exceptional! I had a crown and other work done all in one visit! The team made it a relaxing and comfortable experience!

  Dr Patel is a magician when it comes to teeth. One minute you tooth is broken 90 seconds later it looks like brand new. So the way I see it this place saved me. I walked in with a flapping bridge loose when I would eat something at work in a bucket truck at night they would fall off get filled with food I would have to clean them with a coke :). Unless I was drinking water. The teeth did not fit also front teeth were hitting worn down to the metal reinforcing below. I thought I am screwed nobody could fix this failed experiment. But I saw the honesty and integrity of Dr Patel who is not only a magician but she tells you how it is, no deception, no high expectations, very smart approach which told me this was a smart person and combined with photos of teeth she had fixedI knew this was the person to do the work and the prices were Reasonable. Short forward one month and Dr Patel has made my teeth exactly as I requested. Perfect. They are locked in, fits perfectly gum lines. The bite is great and they look and feel just like my original teeth but much much better. Oh regarding today's appointment it was great I chipped a tooth and it was fixed in like five minutes. And all the people here are great, friendly and very helpful in fact I let them know at 7 am my tooth was chipped by 10:30 am if was repaired. So for 9 months I suffered but that is over, thank you Dr Patel and all the people involved you pulled off a miracle, you really did!!! Thank you😁 John

  Honestly I don’t remember ever dealing with an organization that is more capable, compassionate and transparent than the folks I’ve been involved with during the process of getting my dental needs worked out. Every step of the way was perfectly planned and executed. The professionalism was beyond my expectations and the results speak for themselves. I couldn’t be happier.   I worked at this office for a year before I changed careers and I have nothing bad to say! Both Dr. Amlani and Dr. Patel are great. I trust them with my family and after working with them it is clear to see that they are genuine, good dentists! The front desk is also amazing at explaining patient treatment plans and are always friendly and helping out patients. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist :)

  Everyone was nice and professional, office is well decorated. The only thing is that I wish there was a sign outside the building that indicates the dentist office is in the same building as the bank. I spent some time walking around the building to check, not sure if I wasn’t lost. I was certain that I had the right address on the gps (605 Broadway, Saugus MA), the building had the 605 on it but could only read EASTERN BANK. Until I went inside the building and see the board listing all the businesses, it was just a bank to me. Even on the board, I couldn’t find Boston North Dental Associates easily. That would be my only recommendation and why I didn’t give 5 ⭐️. If the associates can address that it would be very helpful for new comers.
  
  Besides that, for my first visit I had an extensive cleaning, x-rays done for a full diagnosis, and a plan to address them as soon as possible. I was also quickly referred to another specialist for a biopsy for a few stuff on my tongue just to be sure. I love the doctor’s proactivity. Would definitely recommend their service!!
