He was very professional and thoroughly communicative during the entire process of installing our reverse osmosis water filtration system. He presented us with options, described the entire process, and was generous with his time. His installation was extremely clean and he took the time to explain how to change filters and what to look out for in case something went wrong. He coached us through the options for type of countertop faucet and size of the system in case you want more capacity. His price was reasonable given the time involved to run lines to the counter faucet and the refrigerator (ice-maker and in-door water system).
