Acupuncture Plus Yoga

I am a 72 year old man who has tried PT, pills, Chiropractors and acupuncture to heal a myriad of neck and back problems. For the last 6 years I have been working with Bryn to solve my problems. The acupuncture has been successful in alleviating my pain to the point where I can use yoga and other exercise means to put my body back in balance. Without first using acupuncture, the corrective exercises were just too painful to perform. I definitely recommend acupuncture as the first step in your healing process and I definitely recommend Bryn as your acupuncturist.

I have been working with Bryn Walsh on a regular basis for 2 or more years. Bryn has been treating my kidneys and liver which I believe is at least partly responsible for a 7% improvement of my osteoporosis. She is well trained, very gentle, is pleasant to work with and she gives an amazing massage at the end of the treatment. Her rates are very reasonable and her office is very relaxing. I highly recommend Bryn Walsh as an acupuncturist and as a yoga teacher.

Bryn has been treating both my mother and myself for several years .My mom has leukemia and I believe that the acupuncture has helped a lot with alleviating the side effects of chemo .She has more energy, her tummy feels better and she feels improved after treatments. I initially went to Bryn for painful sciatica. With just a few treatments, the pain began to subside, and eventually disappear. That was about four years ago, and I am happy to report the sciatica has not returned. Bryn is knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful, professional, and punctual. In a word, she is wonderful! I was initially a little unsure about acupuncture - would it hurt, would it work? No it doesn't hurt, and yes it does work. I have gone to Bryn in the years since for a variety of issues, all with positive results. And I will continue to see her just for my general well being. I highly recommend Bryn!
