  My wife and I lived at Avalon Acton for 3 1/2 years and loved it. Excellent and friendly staff in the office and in maintenance. Steve and Paul from maintenance are friendly, polite, professional and take care of things quickly and fix things the first time. Great guys! Katrina and the office staff could not be more accommodating and friendly. We loved our apartment and location. Great hiking in the woods up the street and a nice short cut to Nara Park. Property upgrades are ongoing and first class. No cheap short cuts. If we weren’t relocating out of state, we would still be living there. I highly recommend this as a family friendly place to live with anything you could want or expect from a first class apartment complex. The professional and friendly staff are a bonus! Extremely well managed!!!!!

  Community is really great place to stay. And there response to maintenance and there team is good. Specially today Steve from maintenance responded very well to our request.

  I moved from NJ to MA 09/2017 and zeroed in on Avalon Acton and Avalon Burlington. This was my first instance to engage with Avalon properties and I have not regretted it. My primary driver was a good school district for my kids. So later it came as a bonus that I picked a unit which actually falls within the Westford zip code. Although both towns are good school districts. In terms of the property, it is well maintained and you can see there has been thought put in to conveniences and facilities for residents. It has been a year down and I can see that continuous improvement is the "normal" here. The gym, community hall got upgraded. Common areas doors, flooring got upgraded with minimum fuss. What was nice is that when the gym got upgraded, a discounted membership was provided to a nearby fitness center. Awesome. However, what I enjoyed the most is the launch of Amazon Hub for receiving packages. It has reduced effort for the office staff to maintain inventory but at the same time is a secure self service model that is now not dependent on the Leasing office being open.
  
  I also want to add that the Avalon staff here is very friendly and helpful. They are very forthcoming to listen to your problems and make every effort to resolve them in quick time. I have even made a recommendation to my colleague who actually took up a unit without even physically coming to the property. All conversations were done via video chat and a virtual tour and the paper work was taken care of online. It was seamless for him as it was for me when I moved in. I cannot speak for other Avalon properties if the experience is consistent with what it is here but I would definitely keep Avalon on the top of my list when I need to move.

  Lived at Avalon Acton for about 10 months and had a great experience. The office team were friendly and extremely helpful and very communicative. The maintenance was really fast and almost always had my problem solved within a day of my request coming in. Definitely would recommend this place.
