Big Foot Moving & Storage, Inc.

I've used Big Foot for 2 moves now, the most recent being between 2 east coast cities. The pre-move arrangements for the latter move were not ideal. I would have appreciated more proactive interaction in the few days prior to the move. I reached out to ask when I should expect the truck and was told one thing; later that day, the timing of the pick up changed to the day PRIOR to the day of the move. So. Scramble to finish packing in time to accommodate that schedule. At my request, they did push the timing of the pick up as late in the day as possible, but it would have helped to know more than 2 days prior to the move that I had one less packing day than expected. The workers were organized and swift, but not particularly pleasant. One was downright rude to me and to the staff at the condominium. However, our belongings arrived in good condition and on time. UPDATE: Bob and Mike at BF Moving reached out to me immediately to respond to my concerns listed above. I was very pleased with the timing of the response, their commitment to improvement and continued excellent customer service:

I have recently just started doing work with this company, and I have to say; out of all the multiple crews this company has, they are all great guys, lots of knowledge, equipment, an equal amount of work for all the guys, very good wages, Bob is a Great guy, as well as the rest of the staff, I think I met the owner once, he is a Great guy. Very fair pricing, top shelf moving, fast, efficient and all around, my favorite company to work for.

The people at Big Foot Movers are so friendly and reliable. They quickly moved us out of our apartment with little trouble. Even moving a piece of really heavy furniture and a motorcycle. We couldn't have been happier!

These movers are fantastic. They responded quickly to my initial request about their availability and price and continued to be responsive whenever I had questions. Their prices are reasonable and the estimate they gave was accurate. The guys who did the actual moving were professional, careful, and hard-working. I have used Big Foot for two moves and both went perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Super job packing, storing, and delivering. Only reason not to give five stars is that the labelling could be better, and some boxes had no label at all so we didn't know what was there until we opened them. But otherwise, excellent, and we've now used them three times for three different moves.
