Bright appliance diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. It needs a new motor. I am currently waiting to hear from them that they have found one that fits my machine.
Peter was responsive and helpful and fixed my leaky washing machine when I needed it. It's been about 2 months since, and I've had no problem with it. I'm writing this review now as I'm about to call him to fix my leaky refrigerator. I highly recommend.
Our fridge was leaking from a tricky spot and Peter was able to fix it. He returned 4 times (without complaint!) in order to get it right. We really appreciate his persistence!
I was in a bind because my washing machine broke down 3 days before I was going away for 6 weeks and there was a pool of water in the tub that wouldn't drain. I called Peter Bright, and he fit me in to an already very tight schedule and fixed my washer. What is even more remarkable is that, though I had done business with him decades before, we didn't know each other, as I haven't been a regular customer. But I am now!
