My care was fantastic, always very gentle and kind. Additionally the staff was always very considerate with my time, and didn’t waste any of it. I would seriously recommend coming here.
I was an adult patient of Dr. Santoro. It takes a lot of planning and considerations to approach an adult orthodontic treatment. Dr. Santoro discussed my treatment with my regular dentist in order to get the best results. Dr Santoro's professional knowledge, expertise and compassion made the entire 25 months process go smooth and worry free. The results are excellent.
Scheduling of the appointments was very easy. Dr. Santoro was very accommodative to any needs to adjust the appointments time. Even when I made a mistake and came 1 week earlier, we all laughed and Dr. Santoro made the adjustments.
The office assistant, Kim, is very friendly, kind and professional. I always got reminders for the upcoming appointments.
I would highly recommend Dr. Santoro to friends and family.
I just completed a 16 month orthodontic treatment with Dr Santoro of Acton Orthodontic Associates. I highly recommend her and this practice. She was knowledgeable, explained thoroughly, efficient, and not excessively expensive. Appointment were scheduled appropriately resulting in wait times of less than 10 minutes and in the one case requiring an unscheduled emergency appointment she was able to fit me in that day by missing her lunch break. She definitely has the long term patient benefit clearly in mind. .
