I dropped off 10 very pilled cashmere sweaters, a wool dress and long cable cashmere skirt. They came back to me looking as like they were brand new!!! And I received an apology because she'd found a couple of small holes which she didn't have time to mend, but promised to do the next time! OMG!! What??!!! Really??? Never have I ever received such wonderful service! I will never go anywhere else! Bring in your items and know they'll get the best care there is!
