As a female owner of a 66 mustang, I have been treated extremely poorly by some of my male counterparts in the classic car community. Jim stood out to me immediately after our first phone call because he was extremely kind, wasn't condescending and took the time to discuss my car issues and what I had tried. I did not receive this high caliber of kindness and respect from any other shop I called and that is why I chose him to work on my car. I would highly recommend him to anyone else just based off of his customer service alone and his work is awesome as well.
