  I saw Julia Dimmick for pelvic floor PT, she was very kind, accepting and helpful. As a transgender person I was very nervous to seek treatment for this issue. Julia was extremely respectful about my pronouns and name, she also made a big effort to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable during treatment. I was taught many important things about my body and how everything is connected. I have also felt improvement with the symptoms Julia treated. I highly recommend Julia and Core Health Therapies for anyone having issues with their pelvic floor.

  I was treated in the past by Ingrid and Dianne through 2 pregnancies and after each of my c-sections. They are both truly amazing and I would highly recommend them. I'm in the medical field and know how important it is to have a good physical therapist during your recovery. They are both patient and very personable.   I had a great experience with Julia. She was very informative and put me at ease right away. Our sessions really helped me understand how to improve through physical exercises and manage lifestyle triggers (stress/sleep/nutrition). I saw her for diastasis recti and pelvic floor health after a c-section. Would highly recommend!

  I had a great experience with Dianne at Core Health. She is very passionate about her career. She was great about the “why” behind everything, she uses helpful analogies and is very kind. I felt very comfortable. I had a huge improvement in my symptoms after a handful of sessions with lots of things to continue at home for continued results. Highly recommend!

  From start to finish, Ingrid was fabulous. My bladder issues have been constant battle for over a decade and now, I have learned how to manage my bladder rather than my bladder wrecking my life. Ingrid's approach is the perfect combination of education and practical tips and exercises that WORK! She is very thorough and provides detailed handouts after every session that cover what she has discussed. I highly recommend Ingrid -- you will be pleased with the experience.
