This is our first experience with Taekwondo, and my seven-year-old son is having a great time learning the kicks and blocks and forms of taekwondo. This provides him something on which to focus his intensity and energy. The instructors are energetic, encouraging, fun, and and determined to help each child progress. They have found a way to have high expectations while maintaining a fun, nurturing atmosphere. Highly recommend Baystate Taekwondo! Thank you Master C and Master Alves!

After searching couple different places for my son ( 11 ) and my daughter ( 10 ) to learn martial arts, I'm so glad I chose this academy ! We love this place. The owner is allways around, so is his wife with a big smile in their faces ! Everyone is friendly, polite and respectful !!! Consider checking this place up !!!
