  Thank you Andy and installation team, you did such a beautiful job and definitely exceeded my expectations in all the right areas: price, service, and a real bonus was earning my respect. You did what no one else was willing to do that I have dealt with in the last few years which was listening to my specific needs and doing whatever it took to get it done. I appreciate your top notch service. Going the extra mile is obviously a normal way you treat customers and I thought that didn't exist anymore! You kept the stress out of the equation for my carpet (water leak) restoration during a very stressful time in my life. I couldn't be happier with the results. Looking forward to tackling the next job when it comes around with your help!

  We could not be happier with the service we received from creative carpet! Joe was very patient with us as we kept postponing the job due to family issues. When we were finally able to schedule the job, Shane & his assistant (the installers) were absolutely fabulous. From the initial visit to measure our rooms, Joe gave us really good advice, and saved us a lot of money. Everything was completed in two days and there was not a speck of dust remaining when they were done. Now that the job is completed it is absolutely gorgeous. A plus!

  I can't say enough wonderful things about Joe and Andy, I have used their expertise for more than 20 years, every time I moved I had them install the carpets. I would never even think of using anyone else. They worked with me when I had an issue with the carpet I had chosen. They went beyond my expectations, fixed the problem, needless to say I was a very happy customer, you get the personal attention that you would never get in the bigger stores. I would recommend this business, if you are looking for honesty, great prices and quality, this is the store for you.
