    I highly recommend Hearthside. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Lee was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The chimney installation and final insert installation was quick and easy. Even though it’s May, we’re looking forward to enjoying our new gas fireplace insert.

    Excellent customer service and knowlegeable employees. Bought my Regency wood insert 18 years ago from this company when they were under other ownership and they followed through today with replacement parts for my stove and walked me through the installation.

    If you research wood stove companies or talk with any sweeps there are not many, if any, that have a positive rating...except Hearthside! My experience was excellent, from their patience with me while I figured out via multiple emails what the right insert was for me, ensuring it would fit, and clarifying my invoice and the extra benefits they provide as a Jotul reseller (thank you Lee!). Trust is the key with a large purchase like this and I trust these guys!

    Went in looking for a pellet fireplace insert. They only had 1 brand at this location and it wasn't the I was interested in. Will have to go to 1 of the other locations to see it.
