  ASFT was the best decision I made to pursue my career as a personal trainer. The knowledge I gained exceeded what I would have ever expected. I thought I was already knowledgable in the fitness field until I decided to sign up. I am now extremely confident in my field and have trained many clients with my expertise. After school i was 100% ready to take my NASM exam and passed with flying colors. The best part of school was the amazing staff, the teachers Chellana and Emily are amazing and are truly the best of the best. They know they're stuff and are fantastic teachers. I would do it all over again and again! I also took the precision nutrition course they offer for CEU'S and again it was a very knowledable course and I am highly confident with helping clients with their nutrition goals.I highly recomend anybody thinking of furthering their fitness career to sign up!

  Want to change your career to personal training and need to prepare for the NASM certification exam? ASFT is the PERFECT place! The instructors are highly experienced and passionate! You won't be getting just lectures you'll also get hands on experience, class field trips to many unique fitness facilities and meet other fitness professionals. ASFT is a positive environment filled with joy, excitement and laughs! Which is very healthy haha. HIGHLY recommend the Academy of Sports & Fitness Training if you desire to become a personal trainer! Wouldn't be able to train the athletes I'm training today.

  The trainers are amazing at ASFT! I traveled an hour and a half to attend this program because I knew I couldn’t go anywhere else to get this kind of hands on experience and instruction! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and humble trainers that you’ll love to learn from!

  Best school around! Amazing instructors, tons of hands on training, in a great location. Wouldn’t have been able to pass my NASM exam without them. I gained tons of extra knowledge to better prepare me for the fitness field! I was able to get a job as soon as I graduated.
