(July 10, 2019, 3:10 pm)Alice knows muscles! She is excellent at teaching you to listen to your body, and gives great care and attention to your feedback as she progresses through the massage. She also listens carefully to your personal health/injury history and uses it to inform and target her massage. She helped release some tight muscles surrounding an old shoulder injury, and gently released significant tension that I was holding in my neck and shoulders. She also educates her patients in habits contributing to muscular health, and has many practical and easily-implemented suggestions. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

The hour went by quickly as he addressed the tightness in my legs arising from months of walking long distances with an arthritic toe. I recommend Lexington Therapeutic Massage highly!
