I needed the structure of regularly scheduled sessions, and of course I needed someone experienced and certified. I got it all at Fitness Together in Lincoln. Great staff and a clean facility. As an older adult, I'm confident now in my strength and balance, critical for someone with osteoporosis. Strongly recommend.

Have been loyal to FT Lincoln since 2013, Brian Lowe and his team of trainers are excellent and dedicated to ensure they tailor the workouts to each clients's personal goals. They have been part of my glam squad ensuring that my body got into shape after years of ignoring my fitness and have made me love the treadmill once again! I could not imagine my life without FT Lincoln!
