(March 1, 2019, 11:05 am)I've lived at the Quarrystone for 1.5 years and cannot say enough good things. The proximity to rt. 1, hospitable staff, and attentive maintenance team make living here convenient and well worth the money. You truly cannot find a better value 5 minutes north of Boston.

(May 19, 2017, 9:17 am)We lived here for 3 years and never really had any problems. The building is generally really quiet thanks to a concrete frame, so you don't really hear your neighbors much. The building is pet friendly and there are lots of dogs and cats for your animals to meet and make friends with. Recently the owners of the buildings have changed and they are set on setting prices at "fair market value" so don't expect any deals for loyalty or long leases. Overall, a great comfortable stay.
