  The maintenance team at Avalon Marlborough is awesome! They are friendly and respond to service requests promptly. David came to my apartment a few times to fix several items for me and I was always impressed by his polite, professional manner and his skills. I would like to thank David and his team for their continuous high-quality service that they provide!

  I want to acknowledge the fantastic Marlboro Avalon maintenance crew. I’ve had 2 service requests, one for an air filter and one for a light, that they fixed in less than a day each time. The service was not only fast, but friendly - my maintenance rep even wore protective booties for his shoes to make sure the carpet stayed clean - great attention to detail! Having been a homeowner who was highly at tentative to maintenance, and now living in an apartment with less tools (and time), it's great having this support team backing me up. -Brian

  Have lived here a little over a year and found the community wonderful--very dog friendly. Writing this review to give a shout out to the maintenance crew, who are FANTASTIC and have responded quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly whenever I have had an issue from changing light bulbs to replacing a blind that my dog may or may not have ripped from its fastenings. :)

  We moved into Avalon Marlborough in August, 2015. Due to relocation we moved out at the end of July, 2019. Our stay at Avalon was amazing the entire 4 years there. Facilities crew responded within 24 hours whenever we put through a service request. They were all wonderful - thank you David for your service as you have been there since we first moved in. A big shout out to everyone in the leasing office who have always provided such excellent customer service, and a special thank you to Jonathan for always being so responsive so quickly anytime we emailed you. The development is nicely maintained, the neighbors were friendly and our next door neighbors in particular were amazing. The location is right off 495 which makes it so convenient. The community is very dog friendly which was an added plus. And they were extremely prompt in reimbursing our security deposit which was an added plus. Thank you again for providing a wonderful environment we called home for 4 years.
