Yesterday I had the pleasure of opening a new account at your Post Road branch in Marlborough. Manager Judy Bell could not have been more gracious and helpful, taking time to answer my many questions, and making me feel warmly welcomed to my new community. I had previously dealt with a large nationwide bank and routinely received horrendous customer service. I thought all banks were like this - until I walked into Main Street Bank. I love this branch. Everyone is friendly, if I have a problem it gets fixed right away. I work alot and only go into the branch a couple of times a year and they always greet me with a smile and my name.. recently Emelinda Gomes helped me with a friendly smile and knowledgeable advice about my account. I could have joined my work credit union but chose my local main street bank for the convenience and quality care.
