A large tree fell into our road with today's heavy winds. I called the Public Works Department and they were her in a couple of hours and did an A-1 job cleaning it up. KUDOS!!
I just spoke to Dominic, who took my call. With last nights heavy torrential rain, I developed a drainage problem in my yard (possible easement area) and he assured me that he and his team would check it out, take care of it if it was on the town, and/or give me advice on how to fix it if it was on me. I was extremely happy with the service I was provided. Dominic was kind, caring and reassuring and i am grateful for his efforts.... I’d also like to add that there have been several other A++ interactions with the DPW crew and how helpful they were during the time last year when all the trees came down after an ice storm and their subsequent cleanup efforts in my area! I hope this review is seen by ALL the hard working women and men of the DPW. Thanks a million!
