  Just had a black aluminum fence installed around our entire property and it looks amazing. Barry and team were here bright and early and had the entire job done shortly after lunch. He also installed a gate by the stairs on our second story deck, a much needed item since we have two small kids running around. Would recommend them to anyone.

  We met with Jake. He was polite and professional. After we discussed what type of fence we wanted he stated that we would have the quote either by the end of the day or by latest the next morning. We received it that afternoon. I called him asking a few follow up questions. He took the time to answer each of the questions I had. I asked if we could be put on a cancel list. After meeting more than 4 other fence companies I felt confident in choosing Arrow Fence. I dropped off the deposit check and lucked out. Jake called me that afternoon stating they had a cancellation and could be out the next day. I expressed a concern that there was an issue where the rear fence was going that I couldn't get the area clear before the next day. Jake put my mind at ease and said they would take care of the issue at hand. The following morning Jake arrived first marked out the area and discussed what work would be performed. A short time later, the crew showed up to start the work. They were AWESOME!!!! I cannot tell you how hard they worked to install the fence. They coordinated as a team and before I knew it the fence was up. I could tell the took pride in their work by the way they made sure the fence was perfect from the first post to the last panel. But it didn't stop there, they actually cleaned the fence by wiping it down. I cannot say enough about Arrow Fence! Keep up the good work your attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

  Once again I am writing to express our sincere appreciation for the service you and Arrow Fence provided us. You guys are unbelievable when it comes to taking care of your customers and we are especially appreciative of how, without hesitation, you agreed to come back and do a small job for us in what is I am sure, a very busy time for you guys!. On top of that, you identified a problem with the decorative caps peeling and fixed it without us having to ask!
  
  Please feel free to use Cindi and myself as a reference anytime you need to as we would love others to experience the same service we have received from you and Arrow Fence.

  What an incredible and knowledgeable team of people at Arrow Fence. I needed a section of picket fence for the side of my house and I had no idea what I needed but the guy Jake behind the counter helped me take my DIY project and made me become a fence man for a day. I got a better fence than expected and what I thought was going to be a weekend project was done in 2 hours.
  
  I'm so glad that I stopped in and got great advice and great service.
