Monica is an amazing instructor and she is always sure to let us know of any modifications for the more "expert" moves, and she always wants to make sure we are exercising safely. She cares about us and about the young children to whom she teaches. The classes are at very convenient times, too!

(May 10, 2016, 11:53 am)Best Zumba class ever! Monica has an enormous amount of energy and it is infectious! I miss class so much and have not been able to find another Zumba class that can hold a candle to Monica's since I have moved to N.H. The Pilates class on Saturday is outstanding too! Daniel really knows his stuff and he is very patient and thoughtful about his workouts. Pilates really helped me strengthen my muscles and gave me a lot more flexibility.
I highly recommend this studio and I would have been a life time member if I hadn't moved. This is the only thing I miss about Massachusetts! Oh, and on top of that, the people that go to class are awesome! It is like a family. They are very welcoming to new students and make you feel right at home.
