This company and particularly the Newton, Mass branch is a model of outstanding customer service. They, particularly the team of Dr. Mirandra and Rachelle, are proactive and extremely responsive to problems and requests for information or help. If there were a rating higher than five stars, I'd give it to the Newton branch.

My hearing is very important to me! I have done my homework and looked around. Miranda and Rachel run this office very well.
Miranda is very knowledgeable, takes time to get to you and fit you with an appropriate hearing aid. Great service that I would highly recommend.
I accompanied my mom to the visit. We both had a wonderful experience. The front desk person was very courteous and helpful. The Audiologist, could not have been more patient and helpful. She spent so much time with my mom checking her hearing and adjusting her hearing device that I even had a thought that loosing hearing could be sometimes not so painful experience.
My mom will be able to enjoy listening to music again.
I would recommend Newton office to anyone.
I have had such a wonderful experience both times that I have been there. The front desk person was so courteous and helpful and solved my problems without having to go to the audiologist. The one time I went to the audiologist, se could not have been more patient and helpful. She spent so much time with me to tweak the hearing range that I wanted in my hearing aids. Would recommend to anyone.
The whole process of being able to hear well again, was made super-easy by the wonderful staff of EAR in Newton. The hearing aids I was fitted with are simply wonderful. Thank you Miranda and Rachel!
