The ABSOLUTE best Real Estate Attorneys!! I don’t know why everyone wouldn’t use them! They stop problems before they are problems and keep everyone calm through the entire transition... You can not go wrong using them!!! Weekends, late night stress and they answer and calm you and fix whatever it may have been!!!
The entire staff of Fleming & Miranda were amazing! They helped me through the whole closing process for buying my first house. They answered all my questions leading up to the closing, no matter what time of day. I felt truly comfortable with the whole process and I would recommend them to anyone!
Peter was highly responsive and thoughtful in his responses back to us.
