(February 19, 2018, 11:57 am)I have recently experienced truly superb dental services from Dr.Simon Bernstein and ALL the wonderful staff at PERICO North in Wakefield, MA, including staff who interacted with me while I was being treated, and the office staff who deal with insurance, appointments and all that contributes to running a first-rate dental practice. My regular dental care is from Dr. Gene Lawnicki in Winchester, MA, where I have been receiving similar dental care from Gene and all his staff since the early 1990’s. Gene referred me to his trusted colleague with implants, Dr. Simon Bernstein at PERICO Implants, when he recommended I needed to consider implants. I must admit I was anxious for several reasons. I trusted Gene’s referral because he indicated that he and his family were recipients of Simon’s excellent dental expertise. Gene also shared that he and Dr. Bernstein would be in close consultation through the entire period during which I would be working with both of them during my implant experience.
From the very first minute I met Dr. Bernstein, he put me at ease, and I felt the authentic expertise, confidence and comfort that Simon simply shares in a very humble way. I appreciated Simon's attention to details and providing clarity through a full and easy-to-understand explanation of the procedures, and a willingness to answer all my questions, including during his dental care, which I especially appreciated because he kept me informed about what he was doing and how it was progressing. Of course this applies all his staff who always made me feel very comfortable. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Bernstein and ALL his staff. The consistency of high quality CARE from Dr. Bernstein was truly admirable and a benchmark that is hard to achieve for many dental offices! I've referred family and friends if they ever need such dental services, so please consider giving your mouth and its dental care a worthwhile upgrade if you are curious about how much better dental care should, and can, REALLY BE! (May 25, 2017, 8:00 pm)WOW ... two thumbs up! Just had our son's impacted wisdom teeth out, and had a great experience. Dr. Hanratty and Dr. Sterio were fantastic, keeping us fully informed, and followed up w/a nice call this evening. Marsha the nurse was EXCEPTIONAL taking care of us and our son!!! Michelle the insurance specialist walked us through everything we needed from a billing standpoint. Far exceeded our expectations!!

(October 7, 2016, 11:19 am)I went in for an extraction. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answer my questions! Dr. Sterio pulled my tooth quickly and painlessly. He and his assistant did such a professional job that I was only on pain meds for 3 days! They called to check on me the following day and my follow up appointment was free.
If you want to be treated right they are the BEST!
