I've been riding this wonderful bike for a couple weeks now. The smooth quiet of the belt drive, Rohloff speed hub with SRAM shifters and the amazing comfort of the Seven titanium frame leave me smiling during and after every ride. Ride Headquarters did an amazing job pulling it all together for me. Patria went above and beyond keeping me updated during every step of the build. I can't thank them enough for doing such a wonderful job.
I've been riding bikes all my life, but hadn't been happy for a long time with what I was on. I 'd thought about and demo'd a bunch of bikes, but felt like I was being force fitted onto one bike or another. Found RHQ to be the complete opposite. Here it's all about coming up with the best bike for me. The thing that separates rhq from everyone else is that they're focused on my entire picture. I've found the shop to be great at guiding you, explaining options etc etc--and if they don't know something they'll tell you and go find out. Also, being able to demo stuff (eg. really ride demo bikes, wheels etc) on local roads/trails I'm familiar with for me has been *huge*... Highly recommended.
Awesome place. Their staff, product, service and most important their attitude is amazing. Plus their organized group rides are second to none.
Patricia was incredible! I had a broken spoke mid way through my ride and she got me squared with a new tyre and wheel on the spot! It was awesome to watch her work and talk riding. Very friendly and knowledgeable
Great bikers location where they offer personalized customer service for bike sales and bike service. Awesome, inviting and open living room-like concept where there is lounge seating and community tables to hang out, do work or meet a friend. There is also complementary DIY pour over coffee. Only downside is limited hours during the weekday.
