  Fast, thorough and professional. I used to go to a different Ford dealership nearer my home and have now reliably committed to Stoneham Ford. They are incredibly responsive, keep you up to date on your repairs and genuinely seem to care about you throughout the process. I had a really expensive set of repairs needed to my 5 y/o Escape—they worked with me and Ford HQ on the cost since it was a repair that should not have needed to be done on a car after only 5 years. They got it done faster than I had expected and because they put me in contact with the right people, Ford covered a hefty portion of the cost. (Rich in the service department is phenomenal.) I've been recommending Stoneham Ford to everyone I know, even when it's not nearby—it's worth it.

  As always I am treated with respect and my dealings with everybody at Stoneham Ford is always done professionally and in a very hospital manner.
  Bill Cerratani is always there to answer all of my questions without me having To go to a service manager and tying up my car for a day or more. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about anything I ask. If he doesn’t know the answer he knows how to get it for me in a timely manner.
  My service technician was also very understanding and informative and happy to answer any questions I had.

  Service Department at Stoneham Ford gets my Five Star Rating because Rich, service counter person to receive my key and check in for "Recall Work", helped me understand the nature of my service need and never for a moment left me feeling stupid or less than deserving. He notified the driver for the courtesy car and I had my ride home in no time; he arranged for my ride back to Service. The work was completed in good time. I would not ever go anywhere else for my Service on my Ford Focus!

  Brought our Escape in to Stoneham Ford for a wear and tear repair. Expected expense which was more than fair. We were treated very well and they did a little extra to insure the safety of the car for our son. Mike is one of the Service Reps that I cannot thank enough for taking the time to explain all the repairs and making sure our son is safe. They (Ford) communicated and delivered as promised.
