The Training Project is a top notch gym. The trainers are incredibly informative and have a wealth of knowledge to share. The gym itself has a wide variety of equipment, and everything is SO CLEAN! The other members are welcoming and encouraging - this gym is a great environment. A great community and a perfect place to push yourself, whether you’re an avid gym goer or new to gym life.
Love going here... The owner Meg is awesome and my trainer John is the best. They build meal plans to suit your everyday lifestyle and make training plans that are meant to help you get stronger and lose weight! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to make a change in their life. I'm on my way to becoming a healthier and stronger individual!!
