We have used A. Fagundes numerous times since moving to Massachusetts. I can not rate them higher. They NEVER disappoint. From Jason who shuffles their manpower to meet your needs to EVERY technician that has been to my home. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!

They were excellent. I called them on a Thursday after other plumbers couldn't get the parts I needed. They tentatively scheduled me for Monday, but said they might be able to squeeze me in the next day, Friday. Sure enough, I got a call Friday and they showed up in the afternoon. The job took about an hour or so, and we got hot water back. To cap it all off, after they had left, I had an additional question about my faucet, so I went out to their truck to ask them, and both guys came right back in, looked at the faucet, and answered my question. They were polite and professional. The price was reasonable. I would recommend A. Fagundes to anyone who asks me. The next time I need a plumber, they'll be first on the list.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Sent me emails and texts to keep me updated. Definitely keeping them as my future plumber

We were looking to have mini splits installed for a while. I got at least 5 different quotes. The rep from A. Fagundes was the first one to take his time and actually plan the needed the work all while explaining to me every one of my different options, The pros and cons of each one and answering every question I had. The quotes I got for much more reasonable then anything I gotten earlier and unlike with previous contractors they actually made sense.

Sam and his crew worked in my house for about a week to get all mini splits installed, and they were really nothing short of amazing. Super professional, quiet, respectful, they worked clean (they made sure to clean up everything after each day) and you could barely feel their presence. They also made sure I am happy with every aspect of the installation. They also saved me a nice chunk of money off the quote by not needing to cut a bigger access hole to my crawlspace. A contractor who SAVES you money is something you don't see much!

As far as communication, through the whole process I was working with Susana from their office who helped with any question I need answered and helped with any needed Mass Save submissions to process their HEAT loan. She was very nice and professional.
We are very happy with the end result and it made a huge change to our house.

I hired A. Fagundes before for a mix of heating and plumbing work and had good experience with them. Hired them again to service/clean the furnace.

Got a notification the day before that Sonith was the assigned plumber, and he arrived right on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Upon my request, he also gave me a quote for replacing the garden faucets.

I am very satisfied and look forward to scheduling a time for the faucet replacement.
